fantastic accommodation experience
spacious bathroomhelpful staffconvenient routes
the room was spacious, and i found the kitchenette very useful. i was especially pleased with the spacious bathroom , and the helpful staff at reception added to the positive experience. the proximity to two separate metro routes made getting around very convenient.
the towels left white fluff on your face , and this was a minor annoyance.

the hotel includes a great restaurant plus parking on the premises , a real convenience. it also features attentive personnel always present at the desk , ensuring guest needs are promptly met.

the staff demonstrated a warm welcome upon arrival , providing assistance with umbrella lending during rainy weather. luggage storage after checkout was also available , thus allowing continued exploration without any burden.

the room was spacious and modern.
the room's electricity and lighting controls malfunctioned to the point i requested a room change late at night i had to repack and move my bags without any offer of compensation at checkout.
